Yesterday's Mayday Rally at the Brian Clough statue organised by the Nottingham and Mansfield Trades Union Council recounted the gains of the Labour movement over the past year and spoke of current struggles against the Bedroom tax in particular. A NOTTS Police Community Support officer has been arrested on suspicion of rape.
The 28-year-old man was taken into custody yesterday and questioned in connection with the sexual offence and miscondict in a public office. These relate to alleged offences which are said to have taken place several years ago and were reported to the Force on Wednesday.

Following the hearing on 5th April Occupy Nottingham are very pleased with the result achieved so far with a three week adjournment before a three day trial begins on 30th April.
